OFFER TO GRADE ANTLER

Hello fellow producers;

Some of you I have had the pleasure of meeting and doing business with over the last ten years in the elk and deer industry, both in Canada and the United States. It is no secret that the industry has taken a severe blow from CWD and the negative press that followed. Even here on the East coast times are very tough and making ends meet becomes harder all the time. Because of the financial losses our operation has suffered recently we will no longer be in the business of purchasing velvet and hard antler. Difficulties with providing fair value to the producer and eaching a profit margin have become impossible.

After long thought on how we could be of better service to the industry, still be involved and at the same time help other producers realize better return on their antler, we would like to present this Proposal

With the knowledge of the inner workings of the velvet and hard antler buying market, and the several years of antler grading I have done both in North America and overseas for the very buyers who will purchase your velvet this year, I can help you get paid for exactly what you have.

In 2003 I am offering the service of grading your antler at your farm and issuing you a detailed inventory by weight and grade of your antler. This service should give you a better return on your overall production by providing you with the ammunition to sell your antler properly as to the real grade you have.

As a buyer I learned a lot of the tricks and angles buyers use in the grading process. Having the knowledge that your product is graded properly before the buyer sees it brings you more money. I used to be the same as every other producer. After learning through three years of being taught how to grade product our farm has seen a 25 to 50% increase in over all return on the same product.

My services could be available to you between the last week of June and through August 2003. I will travel to your farm in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario,and Quebec and grade your antler.

My fee will be as follows:
VELVET@ .50 cents per lb graded and sorted, Ready for sale.
HARD ANTLER @.20 cents per lb graded and sorted, Ready for sale.

If this service is of interest to you please forward by e-mail your location and contact number along with address and approximately how much product would be offered for grading.

Important

I do not work for or report to, accept money or exchange favors with any velvet buyers. My grading will be for sole purpose of informing you properly what you have to offer as well as what the product is really worth.

Thank you for taking the time to read this message and it is my hope to meet some of you producer to producer this summer,

Regards,
Dave Cole
